Here you will find the writings of the poet Theodore Waterfield

Faith

I do not know
how long an atom must live
to wake up.
I am made of music and sand,
but I am real
am I not?
The faith of my reality
is faith.
I see because I can see.

My heart circles
the children of my heart,
I recognize my soul mates.
I do not hold my breath
from the air sustaining me,
or refuse to hear
at the center of my being,
a voice saying,
you are loved.
You were born
because you are loved.
It’s all I need to know
why I was born
with faith inside me.
