I have some years

\nNot that I don\u2019t want them.
\nNot that they weren\u2019t wonderful.
\nBut, I have so many now
\nbeing older than most people,
\nthere may be things they could use
\nin them.
\nI believe one only needs
\nfive or six years
\nto have enough of the world\u2019s wonder.
\nTo understand miracles.
\nTo get love and trust right.
\nTo grow beautiful things
\ninside yourself.<\/p>\n
So I would love to give
\nsome time and life away.
\nThe right pieces left in them.
\nThings to help them think.
\nThings to help them feel.
\nThings that helped me to believe
\nand be generous.
\nThings to help make time count,
\nshed light preciously,
\nhow to cook and clean,
\nbe cheerful,
\nlove openly and be patient,
\nand things to ease the fears
\nfrom walking down paths
\nso new,
\nso far,
\nthat the end of the earth
\nhas to catch up with you
