\nThere are closets that shut their doors

\nClaustrophobic walls,
\nand you run away.
\nRun to an open yard,
\nchange a channel in your heart
\nand say,
\nI am another story now,
\nmeditative,
\nrunning in the open air,
\npensive,
\nloving.<\/p>\n
One soul of me is glass,
\none soul is stone.
\nIn one the world can enter,
\nin another there is no entrance
\nor exit to its dream.
\nSome lives pass through
\nan hourglass of time,
\none grain of time confined and measured.
\nWhile some lives are drops
\nfalling like the rain,
\nleaving rainbows of themselves behind.
\nHow many mansions
\ncan we have inside?
\nThen cross an alley
\nwhere nothing grows,
\nand drapes are drawn,
\nand knocks upon the door
\nare never answered.
