\nI ask the Holy Mother to look after him.
\nTo have God come by with a toy.
\nTo bring playmates for yelling and screaming.<\/p>\n
I see flashes of manhood.
\nWhat could be.
\nWhat may be.
\nAll I have is a prayer.
\nA vision of holiness which barely
\nsupports me, let alone the world I see.
\nBut I pray for you, boy with sad eyes.
\nBewildered awe.
\nI empty my pockets of good will for you.
\nInvisible alms of my affection.
